Questions parents ask

What is classical education curriculum?

It teaches in three stages: grammar (facts and memory work in the early years), logic (reasoning in middle school) and rhetoric (clear writing and speaking in high school). History is often studied in time order, with great books and Latin.

Is classical education Christian?

Not always. Many classical publishers are Christian, but there are secular classical programs too. Use the worldview label on each listing, or see secular classical and Christian classical below.

Is there a free classical education curriculum?

Some pieces are free, such as public-domain readers and free online plans, but most complete classical programs are paid. Watch the sale dates on each brand page to buy for less.
